Q: How do I take care of my lenses?
A: Follow these before and after wear steps...

*Wash your hands with unscented soap so that you don't transfer dirt and germs to your eye. Try to avoid moisturizing soaps, as they are not good for contact lenses. Dry your hands with a lint-free towel or tissues.
Remove one lens and clean it with the recommended solution. Cleaning removes eye-produced buildup, cosmetics and other debris that impairs lens comfort. Rub the lens outwards from the centre in the palm of your hand with a few drops of solution.
Rinse the lens again with the solution to remove the loosened debris, making sure to take as long as the package directs: rinsing is an important step.
Place the lens in your clean lens case or lens holder and fill with fresh solution. Disinfecting kills microorganisms on the lens. Disinfection time varies from product to product; check the package for details.
Repeat for your other lens.

Q: How do I insert the lenses?
A: Follow these steps...

*Stand in front of the mirror with your lens ready to insert on your right index finger.
Now turn your head slightly to the right, while still looking in the mirror. Look at the eye farthest from the mirror - the colored part of the eye is right in the inner corner, and you can see a big expanse of white.
With your left hand. widen your eye.
Now bring your right hand around under your chin. Still looking in the mirror sideways, put the lens on the white part of your eye. If it doesn't "stick" straightaway, you can rub it in tiny circles a couple of times. Make sure the lenses are moist enough to stick on.
Now straighten your head to look directly at the mirror and blink a few times.
