We endeavor to display our merchandise as accurately as possible however, we cannot guarantee that the image (in terms of texture, color and size of merchandise) you see is exactly the same as the actual product given limitations of screen resolution on computer monitors. Returns and Refunds
We are proud of our product offerings and want you to be completely happy as well. We only issue refunds if the product you have ordered is not available or faulty when received. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise for an inspection. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind however, We will be happy to change your order as long as it is before the cut-off date. After the cut-off date we cannot change your order. We only issue refunds through paypal or bank deposit so if you paid for your item through cash in hand, make sure you have a bank or paypal account ready for us.
Please note that refunds are for purchase price only and for items that are returned in their original condition. To protect our other clients, we cannot accept returns of merchandise that have already been used.
We also reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for returned items.

We operate from Melbourne, Australia and we can ship to any location in the world. We typically use the local postal service in our area (Australia Post) to ship items.

Your Product
We are not liable for any damage to your eyes caused by the contact lenses. If the lenses are properly looked after, they should last for 1 year. If you have never worn contact lenses before, we strongly suggest you see an optometrist. Also, the degrees for glasses can be different to contacts so please check with an eye-care specialist before ordering from us.
